To heat: Steam for 40-50 minutes in a covered pot of boiling/simmering water or microwave for 2-5 minutes on low-med. Results may vary. To check, insert skewer into the middle of the pudding and test for doneness. Serve with Brandy Anglaise and whipped cream.
